Effective from 10 October 2026

§1. General provisions

  1. The organiser of the loyalty programme (the “Programme”) is LLC “FAST LINE STUDIO” (ТОВ «ФАСТ ЛАЙН СТУДІО»), company number (EDRPOU) 43834341, address: 3 Saperne Pole St., office 344, Kyiv 01043, Ukraine (the “Organiser”).
  2. The Programme operates in Fast Line Studio salons in Ukraine (the “Salons”).
  3. These Terms set out the conditions of participation, earning and use of bonuses.
  4. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page.

§2. Bonuses

  • Participant — a client who registered in the Programme bot and accepted these Terms.
  • Bonus — the Programme’s accounting unit. 1 bonus = 1 hryvnia (UAH); it may be used to pay part or all of the price of a service.
  • Balance — the number of bonuses at a particular Salon. The balance is kept separately for each Salon.
  • Bonuses are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.

§3. Joining the Programme

  1. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. To join via the bot: share your phone number, give your name, choose a Salon and accept these Terms and the personal data consent (§9).
  3. The phone number used in the bot identifies the Participant.

§4. Earning bonuses

  1. A welcome bonus of 500 bonuses is granted after registration at the selected Salon via the bot, separately for each Salon. The welcome bonus becomes available for use from 00:01 on the day following registration.
  2. For each paid service, the Participant receives 5% of its actual value in bonuses.
  3. Actual value = the full price less all discounts, promotions and bonuses used during the same visit.
  4. Bonuses are credited automatically at checkout.
  5. No bonuses are earned on the purchase of products.
  6. Bonuses combine with discounts and promotions.
  7. Bonuses are tied to the Salon where they were earned.

§5. Redeeming bonuses

  1. Bonuses may cover up to 100% of the price of services. Bonuses cannot be used to pay for products.
  2. Bonuses may be used only at the Salon where they were earned.
  3. Bonuses are redeemed at checkout — please tell the administrator.

§6. Salons and changing your Salon

  1. A Participant may change their main Salon in the bot at any time.
  2. After a change, bonuses at the previous Salon do not expire — they remain tied to that Salon.
  3. The bot displays the balance of the main Salon.

§7. Validity of bonuses

  1. Bonuses do not expire. At the same time, the Organiser may change these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page.
  2. If a Participant prepaid with bonuses and failed to attend without a valid reason, the bonuses used are not refunded.
  3. Where there is a valid reason, the appointment is rescheduled and the bonuses are retained for that appointment.

§8. Technical errors and abuse

  1. The Organiser may correct the balance if bonuses were credited due to a technical error.
  2. The Organiser may restrict participation in the Programme in the event of abuse of its terms.

§9. Personal data

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of the Participant’s consent, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
  2. The Participant has the right to access, correct and delete their data and to withdraw consent.

§10. Complaints and guarantee

  1. Complaints about the quality of a service are submitted to the Salon where the service was provided.
  2. Complaints are reviewed within 7 days.
  3. The guarantee on service quality is 10 days from the date the service was provided.
  4. Consumer rights under Ukrainian law remain unaffected.

§11. Changes and termination of the Programme

  1. The Organiser may amend these Terms or end the Programme by publishing the relevant information on this page.
  2. Changes do not affect bonuses already used before the changes were published.

§12. Miscellaneous

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
